Instructions:

Many forms are Adobe Acrobat fill-able forms. You can fill out and print the forms in Adobe Acrobat Reader, but you will not be able to save the completed forms unless you have Acrobat full version or Acrobat Professional.

Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Unit Registration Form

Fill out and print the Unit Registration Form before your unit arrives at Nine Mile Island.

  • Please prinout and bring a copy of this camp registration card to camp with you. Plan to advise the Camp Ranger of your approximate departure time when you check in.
  • If you do not see the Ranger when checking out of camp, please leave the completed Registration Form in the box in the registration shelter across from the Ranger’s Trailer.
  • If you are checking out of the Founder’s Cabin, you may leave the card on the counter in the cabin.
